November 8 (Saturday) #10 with 12 guys in the rain and they FINISHED all the splitting and stacking -- thanks to Dave Handy, Al Garrecht, Sweyn Gartland, Mike Keeling, Bob Meredith, Leon Mueller, Don McClain, Jim McLeod, Bill Piper, Walt Reider, Gord Rodney, Mike Stutter (also honourable mention to Bill Hutchinson cause he came at 8AM and was told it was cancelled and to Bruce Faunt who would have come but his injuries prevented him from doing so).  Bill Pfeifer will be very pleased, he was in Kelowna and Ron Toyota was busy shaking hands with several Creston Seniors.

A great sunny day with 100 golfers (25 teams) enjoying the day -- the winners were:  Marty Burke / Jack Soare / Irene Folkman / Leon Mueller -- a special thanks to Al Garrecht as our Chairman for our 13th Annual Charity Golf Tourney.

WineART 2008 was a successful evening with 300 in attendance enjoying the event and voted the favourite WINERY -- Skimmerhorn
